All fees paid for legal services to Srinivas Law House are generally non-refundable once the services have been initiated or rendered. Our services involve professional time, expertise, and resources that are expended upon engagement. 2. Circumstances for Potential Refund Consideration

While fees are generally non-refundable, Srinivas Law House may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, solely at its discretion, and on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include:

Failure to Provide Service: If Srinivas Law House is unable to commence or provide the agreed-upon legal service due to reasons attributable solely to the Firm, a pro-rata refund may be considered for the unrendered portion of the service.

Clerical Error in Billing: In the event of a proven clerical or billing error where an incorrect amount was charged, the excess amount will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following situations, including but not limited to:

• Change of Mind: If a client decides to withdraw their case or discontinue services due to a change of mind, personal reasons, or engaging another legal counsel after services have commenced.
• Services Rendered: Once legal work has been performed, advice has been given, or documents have been drafted, no refunds will be issued for the fees related to the work already completed, regardless of the outcome of the case.
• Unfavorable Outcome: The outcome of a legal matter cannot be guaranteed. An unfavorable judgment, decision, or settlement does not entitle the client to a refund of fees paid.
• Non-Cooperation by Client: If the client fails to provide necessary information, documents, or cooperation required for the progression of the case, leading to delays or inability to proceed with the service.
• Government/Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to government authorities, courts, or other third parties (e.g., stamp duty, court fees, expert witness fees) are non-refundable by Srinivas Law House.

4. Refund Request Process
